Hi,
I have a sine wave source and want to convert to square wave and divider by 2 (50% duty cycle).
I used inverter or trigger inverter to convert waveform but IC 74xx family not response in high frequency (150MHz - 200MHz). --> The output is still sin wave or logic high if input frequency is very high.
I connect a D-Flip-Flop follow that Inverter to divider by 2. I worry that D-Flip-Flop cannot div 2 (50% duty cycle) if input signal is sine wave because sin_wave's edge slope lower than square_wave's edge slope.
Could anyone support me to solve this problem? (or recommend some IC)
Thank in advance!
