convert image(size 64x64) to cell array np X 2....how??

how can i change a image with size 64pixel x 64pixel to cell array np X 2....

how?? please help me....
 

np X 2 what it is ??

yes, you can convert one size to another size

i need a function in matlab....

it is like a image with 178X2 size....

sorry i would like to make some changes to my question

actually It is convert 64 X 64 pixels image to np X 2 array containing the xy-coordinates (embedded in arrays of size 64 X 64 pixels)



please help me....thanks
