Constant off time control with minimum frequency?

Hi,
As you know, UCC28C43 can be hacked to operate in COT mode (as attached) by adding a signal FET to pull down the RC pin and the sig FET driven by the main gate drive.
We are just trying to add an "extra" so that its "COT but with a minimum frequency".
Do you know the "extra"?
(Will also get back with it here if we find it soon.)
