Where I can get the diagram of connection of a thermal sensor TC1047AVNBTR to the ADC of microcontroller MSP430F4618 ? Also interestingly, on what formulas it calculate ? Thank you.

1) It doesn't exist, you'll have to create your own diagram.
2) Get the temperature/voltage relationship from the sensor data sheet. Get the ADC transfer function from the micro data sheet. Do some math==> answer.
3) Read some data sheets, search the web, read manufacturers application notes. In other words, do a little bit of your own work before you ask for someone else to do it.

I read these documents. In datasheet of the temperature sensor there is no formula.
