after configuring the publisher and subscriber

Hello friends i have one question about configuring Helix Server as a publisher and subscriber.

Is it possible to configer one Helix Universal Server as a Publisher and Subscriber at the same time? if so how? if not can i use one helix server as a publisher and the other one or more helix server as subscribers?
