Command in Hspice to see in which region the transistor is working

Hi all,
Is there any command in Hspice to see in which region the transistor is working?

In recent hspice versions .op shows the region of transistors.

hspice demo.sp > demo.lis

Above is the hspice command to output lis file.
In demo file, add the line .op <time> where time is the time you want to check the operating point.
From lis file, check operating point and there u will see all the parameters for transistors in your netlist and you can observe the operation region

but only dc, not trans, do you need monitor the work region in trans?

EDSPICE of EDWInXP can also simulate the analog and digital designs

i dont think there is any such provision in older version of HSPICE but might be there in newer ones...
