Coating material of hybrid circuits

I am planning to make this type hybrid circuits. I want learn the name of coating material on this hybrids.
 

Most likely the circuit is powder-coated with a thermoplastic material. A usual technique is to dip the hot parts into the powder. But it may be a two-pack epoxy coating as well.
