CMOS Memory Tutorial Requested

I am looking for a tutorial (not a text book) about CMOS memory technology. Particularly the SRAM and DRAM architecture. Please help.

there is two practical project use cmos memory
the first project is oscilloscope and the another
is spectrum analyzer
these two project made by epe magazine
u can buy this issues february 2002 and october 2000
