CMFB, three or four single-end OpAmp ?

Hello,
i am going to design a three or four stage single-end OpAmp. Input Vdc=1V,Output Vdc=1V.
Someone can tell me, if a CMFB is needed for each stage or only a CMFB from Voutput to first stage?
