Hello at all,
I have to design a gain amplifier with input 10 dBm and output 28 dBm on 50 Ohm. My frequency is 2,14 GHz. I want someone to give me advice on the transistor to be selected about FETs. I need a model pspice for the device.......

Why not try Hittite HMC413/414?
HMC452ST89/QS16 can reach P1dB=+30dBm , Vdd=+5V, Idd=500mA. It's better than FET, simple to build.
