mosfet stepper driver schematic

Please help
I found at piclist.com driver for stepper motor
that is schematic : http://www.piclist.com/images/member/RB-ezy-Q33/circuit.jpg

circuit.jpg

Question:

Can I change bipolar transistor TIP122 to mosfet irf830. If I change it,
maybe I can delete all of bc337 and r7-r10 1.5k resistors. And drive mosfet from
PIC without anything.

stepper mosfet

here you have unipolar shematic

in the pinhead
0 = RB0
1 = RB1
ect

hope that help a little

mosfet stepper driver

Thanks for schematic but how about question? About change to mosfet?

i think u can burn your pic I/O if you don't use correct Transistors
Steepers are Motors that are Inductors
Mean Opposite Current

So why? i think mosfet driving through voltage, without current

we are making a project for pwm singnals to drive a mosfet .i mean we will also use a voltage mosfet.power electronics element.any advise on selecting the right mosfet?
