Hi

I've been looking for a decent book on digital design for readers with basics, and came up with 2 (actually 3) titles:

Digital Design/Logic and Computer Design Fundamentals (Mano)
Fundamentals of Digital Logic with VHDL Design (Brown)

The first one seams to be more basic but is also more popular and recommended, while the second seams to be more thorough but not so popular.

Can someone help me on this or maybe recommend some other title on Digital Design with decent HDL insight.

Digital logic design ( Morris Mano)
i guess name and author is correct,
gud one to start with

Everybody here tend to suggest either Mano or Floyd. But what about the other book I've mentioned (Brown). Has anybody read it or at least took a decent look at it?

I studied this book (Fundamentals of Digital Logic with Verilog Design by Stephen Brown and Zvonko Vranesic) during our Digital Design course and is worth reading. I will recommend this book
