I have designed a LNA for wide-band application. After finishing layout and postsimulation, i found mismatching of input and output make the noise figure deterioation. But ,presimulation shows matching is good. Is the result believable?
How to improve it?

of course, we believe it.
check the signal path, make sure the parasitical cap is not affect the performance.
bigger space or shielding

Yes.
Addition to above, you also can check the deivices responsible for this...and can go for adopting the layout for good matching between them...
