Can NCSU PDK DRC files converted from Diva to Asuura

ho all

I recently decided to use NCSU PDK with Cadence IC 5.1

but NCSU files supports Diva for DRC

my questions now are:

1-does Cadence IC hve Diva installed with it, and how to know that it is installed

2-Have anyone experienced the "DivaToAssura" tool that comes along with assura installation, and is it valid for NCSU PDK

3-What other free PDK's rather than NCSU available for cadence virtuoso
