Can logic circuit with tsmc 0.18um devices work correctly under 1.5V supply?

Re: tsmc 0.18um process

Most foundries's 0.18um standcell library can work with 1.2V, but slower than normal use.

It is ok. But the timing should be pay attention.

Yes ,logic circuit with tsmc 0.18um devices work correctly under 1.5V supply.
If we control the bulk.

Function will be ok, but the timing model of all the logic cells must be customized.

sorry, i wish to know is it possible to give the supply voltage as high as 3V to tsmc018 process?

is it any effect? or any variation?

In 0.18 u there are two transistor models: 1.8 V supply and 3.3 V supply models. You can choose which one to use when adding the library. For 1.8 V transistors you cannot give more supply voltage. You can use 3.3 V transistors.

G should be ok 1.5V, just a bit slower.

There is also the LV process where 1.5V is typical.
