Can I work with 2 GAL 16v8 for multiplexor 16 input 8 output

multiplexor

hi all

I need a multiplexor 16 input and 8 out, but I have two gal
16v8, Is possible work with 2 gal 16v8 for it?

Please I need information about it!!!

Just split up the multiplexer...each GAL hosting a 8-to-4 multiplexer...

I thought about the same thing, but the possible combinations of inputs are 65535 .

in the second gal there are many bits that repeating,for this
case the output are 4 bits too
repeating.I'm confused, it's false o true?
