T-Pins have nothing to do with baud rate generation ..
So, for example, you can employ, TIMER1 as baud rate generator and pin T1 (or P3.5) as general purpose I/O .. same with the others ..
As i ever use the timer to generated the buadrate, if your application have many task some time it not stable, you have to beware at this point, if you can find the MCU that have some feature to generated the carrier frequency output or pluse output is better.
