calculation of viscous damping

How do I calculate my Bm(viscous damping of DC motor); Bc(viscous damping of cart). And how to calculate r(radius of DC motor shaft)?
Can anyone who knows the answer plaese reply to me as soon as possible?? i really appreciate your help...thank you very much.!!!!! :>

Identification of DC Motor Parameters: Kb, Kt, R, Jo, L, D, and Kf
