Hi all,
I very new to Cadence.
I want to monitor the transistor parameters of my circuit (without plotting).
For example: ID, VDS, IBS (leakage current), VTH etc.
Is it possible?
I cant find any tutorial on this. Maybe its too basic.
Thanks for your help.

Hello aindejeje,

It is too basic indeed...Anyway if you look into the menus of the ADE L window then you will notice Print DC Operating Points and Print Model Parameters choises. This will give you the desired results as a value and not a plot.
