I need to know, protocols or standards such as KNX and BACnet and some other ones, have been applied for which layer or layers of TCP/IP network model?

I have a problem on bacnet

When I connected a loop of FCU's over bacnet and the end of the loop is router , y there is only two controllers does not show on router even thou when i connected the through the off line controller it connected and i can see it online but can see it on router ?

I think, modbus is most commonly used protocol in buildings. Bacnet is also used commonly. Bacnet will be most used protocol in buildings in the near future.
