Building a wireless transmitter for electric guitar

i would like to have an explanation on building a wireless transmitter for the application on electric guitar...thank you

Use this chip for transmitter. Is working very nice for this application, and you can ask for a free sample:

For receiver you can use any standard 88MHz-108MHz FM receiver, or you can build your own:

The best would be to use a diversity receiver, that will eliminate fading and multipath reflections.
