Hello,
I am currently willing to design circuits using the Barkley's BSIMSOI model file. I have downloaded the verilog-A code, but during simulation in Cadence, it is asking for the values of the following parameters:
I don't know where to find the proper values of these parameters, I searched the maunal, but no use. Can anyone help me out on this? I am willing to operate it in the 45-28nm regime.
