Best book for Transmission O&M Engineer interview

hi,

I have an inteview in a telecom company for Transmission O&M Engineer post.Which book should i read for prep?????

any ideas.....

The job description is as follows:

Troubleshoot TXN network entities (PDH,SDH/XPIC/ATM/Syncview/Tellabs).
Provide transmission backup support to on calls round the clock
Conduct Transmission KPI analysis and monitor stats
Resolve trouble tickets raised by NOC and QoS team within defined MTTR
Coordinate with other department like Transmission Planning, QoS, NOC for resolving transmission related issues
Provide support on all WiMAX sites as well
Know how of operating GSM test equipment like signal generator, site analyser & Bert
Have good hand on experience of NEC Links and WiMAX network
