Hello all, Could anyone give advice on how to reduce/eliminate false positive during medium/heavy rain? Currently, my radar system is capable of working in light rainy/sunny day without false positive.
Current, program flow -> ADC -> FFT -> speed.
Note - This is not FMCW radar.

Hi, you know that the heavier rain is, the higher the Doppler frequency is.you need to adjust the cutoff frequency accordingly. you can use an MTI filter like an FIR filter with an appropriate cutoff frequency.
