auto failover interfacing

Dear Sir ,

i am using two communication link in my office,and i have one juniper
firewall and second one is cisco 800 router ,now the main point is that
i gona implement auto failover interface between them when ever
communication down on one link my trafic must shift to second link
with in 10 second ,real time and optimize solution required
