USB PIC Programmer

hi,,

I want the circuit info of PIC24 Series, with which i can achieve progrmming though serial port.

Plz help me out

Re: USB PIC Programmer

As rkodaira mentioned, you have the excellent PICkit2 programmer from Microchip itself. It comes with open schematics and with free firmware, which is regularly updated. That way, you can easily build a PICkit2 programmer yourself. Or alternatively, you can buy one of the PICkit2 compatible programmers. For example, **broken link removed** you can buy a complete programmer for only 20 euro.

I too got one of the PICkit 2 programmers, it was 10ukp as a special offer in an electronics magazine. The PICkit 3 is out now, the version 2 supports loads of devices and works jut fine.
