at MEGA 162 USART PROBLEM

I have used AT MEGA162 MICROCONTOLLER my project. first time i am used
(AT MEGA162 16PI 0522H). THIS CONTOLLER PERFORM all functuion as per as my design(program point of view). its all test ok . but now i will buy new contoller other shop (AT MEGA162 16PI 0531H). this contoller perform all function but USART problem still . baud rate error.MSB bit is corrupted,

1.crystal frequency 7.3278. & 11.0592.
2. UCSRA=0x00;
UCSRB=0x18;
UCSRC=0x86;
UBRRH=0x00;
UBRRL=0x05;(11.592)/ UBRRL=0x03(7.3728)

so i know any differnce between these contoller.
pls give detail of last series number..... 0522H &..... 0531H[/i]
