Assigning layers to PINS

Hai All,

Iam working on SOC Encounter, through which i can assign only one layer for each pin. But, I want all
the metal layers assigned for each pin . Is it possile to meet this requirement through encounter tool. Kilndly guide me.

Try defining the pin on a via or on a stack of vias
