gsm rf calibration

Hello,
I measured GSM signal by agilent 8960.
In the range of rising edge of a burst, there is a abnormal step not a smooth shap, what will cause the abnormal step? (mismatching, interference or else)

And what will cause the ORFS dut to switching faild?
should I focus on the antenna switch module?

Thanks :)

check your antena switch or PA ramping .

I think you can trim your calibration program data to change burst shape .

first just use tools to change shape, then examine physical board, finally maybe change rf driver.

THANK YOU
I changed PA's ramps and the curve is smooth.
Thanks.....:)
