ask about (( NULL)) in LTE PHYSICAL layer

in segmentation in simulation physical layer LTE add null in first block to complete integer numder of blocks
what this null??
how i know null places at receiver after make interleaver ??

You have to pad with 0. The number of CodeBlock are calculated how explained on the standard, and the NULL you are saying are the Filling Bit used to reach the correct number.
This Filling Bit can be removed after becouse you know where are, at start of First CodeBlock.
