hi. i have a project ARM Cortex-M3 Microcontroller using STM32F103 . i have a project which transmits data as sound. i would like to know how can i input my data into the board? what circuit should i use and what pin of the board should i connect its output? your help would greatly be appreaciated. thanks in advance.

You must provide more details concerning how data is modulated so that we can guide you on right direction. Anyway, whatever process you select for physical layer, the intuitive choice for logical layer would be naturally by the built in UART module.
