area of NAND2X1 - what's the area of .25/.35/65nm tech?

Hi all,

I would like to estimate the area of a circuit using the following formula:
"Area = gate count * area of NAND2X1"
But I only know the values of 90nm/.13/.18 tech(tsmc).
Is there anyone can tell me what's the area of .25/.35/65nm tech?

Roughly:

.25 = 2 x .18
.35 = 2 x .25

I guess you can find out the area of the particular cell in the library(Synopsys .lib) under the actual cell name.

So that you will get the exact area.
