Approximating antenna primary patterns to directivity

Hello,

I am currently interested in approximately calculating directivity through antenna E and H plane patterns.

I tested some elementary dipoles to test the method which was presented in the paper named "An Approximate Formula for Calculating the Directivity of an Antenna"
but got wrong answers
The process(excel file) is attached to this thread

Can anyone tell me what the error is?
