I am trying to separate music from MP3s or WAV or just the analog output, into 4 separate channels or frequency ranges.

How do I actually apply the music to matlab for filtering, and if I am using fdatool, can I do 4 bandpass filters, I only see two? How? Am I going about this the wrong way??

This is for senior project. My goal is to have 4 separate frequency ranges to actuate 4 separate groups of motors.

Thank you!
