Apache's EDA tool, like RedHawk, is able to perform ESD simulation.

is it reliable ?

Apache looks to be a good tool.

try registering with apache-da website with with your official id. then you would have access to download their docs & white papers.

long back we tried evaluating redhawk

there will be a training material which u can download or ftp from their website, this can give
