i have tried on the websit for a couple days but i cannot find the book.most of the gived links are not work.anyone can help??

u can find that book in two format..pdf(90mb) and djvu(15)...you can search the forum for them.

I have this book. It is at work and tomorrow I will provide the ISBN # for you so you can order.

Now, in regards to the copying of the book by "Korek"; I find it shameful to violate copyright in this matter. Don't support those who violate copyright!
