Anybody can explain about DeMOS from Texas Instrument?

Not DMOS which stands for double diffusion MOS.

I want to know aobut DeMOS?

Basic Theory
The extended drain transistor allows higher voltages at the
drain by the increased width of depletion region between the gate oxide and
the drain diffusion. The depletion region is wider due to the lighter
doped drain.

And the wider depletion region means smaller electric fields, which ultimately is the source of device breakdown and damage.
