You can go to:

h**p://www.analog.com/processors/productsDatasheets/evaluationKits.html

That's really good advice. I see that you joined just two days ago, but can give inteesting contributions. ADI: the DSp vendor to go with!

Hi,

Me too i'm looking for a dsp development board...

first, I was thinking of a TI dsp (TMS320F2812)

But I just want to know why that you say that Analog Devices DSP are better??

thanks

luigi

For begner Analog Devices DSP Kit 218X EZ-LITE is very Good.

What application do you wish to use the DSP Evaluation Kit for?

If you're going to use it for motion control, probably you should TMS2000 series from TI.

in selection your application area is very impotant...if you need dsp for control applications i highly recommend motorola 56f8300 DSPs...and you can buy low cost 56f8300dsk board from www.digikey.com

If you want to select a processor you should at first know what tasks it will solve,
what you need floating poin or fixed, DSP functions or microcontroller, how many MIPS or MFLOPS, the price of future device etc.

go for TI, IT HAS BETTER OPTIONS FOR CONTROL PURPOSE

What is your application? For speech processing, TI is the best.

I think TMS320C6713 DSK is one of the best, if not the best.
