if lengthy metal is connected to a poly resistor then will there be a any antenna violation?

Antenna violation problems only would arise during the production process, i.e. as long as connections to diffused areas don't yet exist. That means poly antenna jeopardies have to be considered like gate antenna hazards, with the subtle distinction that thickox rules apply, instead of thinox antenna rules.
