How to find out polarization, cross polarization, axial ratio and isolation in hfss? If anybody knows please help. I am designing a RCH Antenna.
 

For that you have to 1st define radiation box. Then go to 'insert a far field setup' and give proper value of theta and phi. After that you can see polarization, axial ratio, etc. through ----- results-->create far field report.
 

what is the effect of polarization in antenna ?
 

first polarization is not an effect! its a property of electric fields, it explain how electric fields behave as they go in space and in time,
