Antenna Design

Hi,

How to design an antenna which only receive either the electric field or magnetic field within the near field region.

Thanks

Re: Antenna Design

Because i am interesting in the phase against distance of E field and H field within the near field region.

Re: Antenna Design

best example would be a small loop antenna whose circumference is small compared to its wavelength, this would be for Magnetic fields.

and a small dipole antenna for E-field.
