Analog Signal Converters/Isolators

I am looking for information of product https://www.amazon.in/Analog-Signal-Converters-Isolators-AS845-101/dp/B07B8JL8KC. somebody know what type of converter is this ? I suspect its analog signal to digital signal converter for high voltage conversion? What's the main use of Analog Signal Converters/Isolators?

the description says:
I/P:0-10VDC
O/P: 4-20mA,

--> input is analog
--> output is analog

no digital output.

the purpose is to isolate ...
Whether or not you need isolation depends on your application.
