Analog library format for current mirror

Hi,

what is the format to assign current mirror standard cell library in analog design. If some body knows then kindly help me.
As example, if we develop library for digital component then we have format like fall-time, rise-time, noise margin ...etc.
Similarly, what should be format for analog component.
