Dear Sir,

I use ADIS16209 MEMS sensor for sensing tilt angle. I face following problem, can u suggest solution to avoid this problem.
In steady state condition sensor gives output as per change in inclination angle. When sensor with its mounting plate kept on vibration test having operating frequency range 20-60 Hz at 3 g then sensor output change due to vibration condition. As vibration tester vibrate its mounting plate in horizontal X or Y axis than why MEMS sensor output change. Is anyone facing such condition if yes than please share your experience?
How I can solve this issue is any application note or guideline than please share it.

Hi,

I'm not sure what you mean.
Vibration means continously changing: (maybe it follows a sine wave, but any other waveform us possible, too)
* acceleration
* speed
* position

So it is obvious that the output of your sensor also chanches contiously.
(If the vibration is a sine, then tbe sensor output will be a sinewave, too. So it changes with time.)

Vibration frequency in sinusoidal. But it move in vertical axis as table move 1-2 mm up side so no inclination.In such case how tilt sensor gives output
