the tutorial is a good reference

download semiconductor device modeling with spice

i dun think hspice is free(as i know)
just wonder if there are any access to hspice rather then using it in school

semiconductor device modeling + ebook

Iam also want to learning analog circuit design.
Please show me some tool learning paper or book of analog circuit design!
Thanks a lot

Anybody has the second edition of Baker's CMOS Circuit Design Layout and Simulation?
hi

it has been uploaded already in e-books down/upload section.

some classical books listed above is quite needed and then some design examples under cadence or spice is necessary

i think you can read Razavi analog book first ,then do some simulation
