An error when running Monte Carlo simulation in ADE XL

Hello,

I want to run Monte Carlo simulation in ADE XL, but an error message 5052 pops up and says there is no statistical data generated.

Is the statical data something related to the Monte Carlo model? The process that I am using is TSMC 180. In the folder where model files are stored I only find one file. Judging from the default setup of the model library (those un selected models), it seems that this file is for all purpose, so I can added a new line with this file and changed the section to be MC

I don't know if I am doing this correctly. Any suggestion willl be appreciated!
