An error amp constructure.

This is an error amp.What's the purpose of resistance at base? Is it should
increase first stage' load resistance and so increase the gain? others?
Thank you very much
 

As it is a fully differential first stage, there is a need for common-mode feedback. The resistors are included for this function even though they reduce the gain.
