hi...
i am first time using any dsp kit.can anyone please help me by sharing some codes related filtering of audio signals in altera s80 dsp kit.

What's your next suggestion if he already did?

Several years ago, Altera offered a car audio reference design. It's no longer supported as far as I'm aware of, but the concept is still shown in an application note https://www.altera.com/literature/an/an407.pdf

It should give you an idea of suitable audio processing topologies. Other FPGA vendors may have similar publications.
 

What's your next suggestion if he already did?
Communicate with a PC via a simple UART maybe...

Anyways, I'll suggest the OP to focus more on HDL designs of his own making.
