tsmc018um

In this ADS Design Kit,
there is a file: mm018_dk.net. In this file
There are 12 different models for the same device:

model TSMC_CM018RF_BB_MODEL_nch BinModel
Model[1] ="TSMC_CM018RF_BB_MODEL_nchx1"
Model[2]="TSMC_CM018RF_BB_MODEL_nchx2"
Model[3]="TSMC_CM018RF_BB_MODEL_nchx3"
Model[4]="TSMC_CM018RF_BB_MODEL_nchx4"
Model[5]="TSMC_CM018RF_BB_MODEL_nchx5"
Model[6]="TSMC_CM018RF_BB_MODEL_nchx6"
Model[7]="TSMC_CM018RF_BB_MODEL_nchx7"
........................
Model[12]="TSMC_CM018RF_BB_MODEL_nchx12"

I don't understand those nchx1, ... nchx12. When ADS does the simulation,
which model it choose?

Thanks.

In the README file, it says why there are 12 types. it is arranged by different W and L. maybe you didn't see the README file. it's said clearly there.

I could not find the README file in the package. Don't why.
