Hi, i am working on the topic ADC to FPGA interface, i am using 1674ADC n EPM7160s

Everything you need is in that data-sheet, just read the data-sheet and follow the recommendations and you can write your own code, that is how you learn, not by asking others to do the job for you.

This is a straight forward ADC. Just connect all the data lines to the FPGA. Read the datasheet carefully. its an easy task only.
